Location: Bikaner (On-site) Employment Type: Full-time Joining: Immediate joiners preferred Salary: Based on experience and skill set Role Overview The Marketing Executive will be responsible for increasing product visibility, building strong brand presence, and driving user adoption through both offline and digital marketing activities. The role includes field visits at railway stations, campaign execution, social media management, SEO support, and monthly performance and finance reporting. Key Responsibilities • Promote product services through different marketing channels • Manage social media content, engagement, and basic digital ad campaigns • Support branding initiatives like posters, promotions, and events • Implement basic SEO practices to increase online visibility • Create basic marketing materials such as WhatsApp posts and presentations • Track marketing performance and analytics to improve campaigns • Maintain market relationships for better brand reach • Prepare monthly marketing and finance reports using Tally or similar tools Required Skills • Strong communication and public interaction • Basic digital marketing skills and social media handling • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) • Basic understanding of marketing analytics and reporting • Creative mindset with a customer-first approach • Ability to coordinate with both tech and ground teams Qualifications • Graduate • Experience in Sales or Marketing preferred • Digital Marketing knowledge or certification is a plus • Tally or accounting software knowledge preferred
