Manage customer interactions via phone calls and emails. Desired Candidate Profile 0-1 year of experience in inside sales or related field (freshers welcome). Strong communication skills for effective client interaction. Proficiency in calling ,database building, online lead generation, and email marketing tools. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
