Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Garments Merchandiser located in Gurugram. The Garments Merchandiser will be responsible for managing the end-to-end merchandising process, including product development, sourcing, order coordination, quality control, and logistics. Daily tasks will involve maintaining customer relationships, handling customer inquiries, sales coordination, market analysis, and ensuring timely delivery of products by collaborating closely with suppliers and factory partners. Additionally, the role will include monitoring market trends to proactively respond to industry demands. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Sales and Retail experience Proficiency in Marketing Excellent coordination and organizational skills Ability to work well in a team and independently Should have experience of atleast 3-4 years in the fashion industry Good knowledge of Ms Office and should be fluent in English.
