Responsibilities: · Place a high volume of outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads · Acquire a deep understanding of the company's products or services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers. · Engage with customers in a friendly and persuasive manner to build rapport and create interest in the products or services. · Deliver a compelling sales pitch to potential customers and address their queries or objections effectively. · Coordinate with other stakeholders (internal as well as external) to achieve Targets Requirements: · Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Outbound tele calling/ Sales Operations setup; and Business development of finance products of Banking, NBFC, Supply chain finance, Working Capital loans, and Fintech sectors.
