Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role based in Jammu, with some work-from-home flexibility. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a sales team, and meeting sales targets. Daily tasks include identifying new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, conducting market research, and preparing sales reports. You will work closely with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals. Qualifications Strong Sales, Business Development, and Account Management skills Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and Sales Forecasting Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities Excellent communication and negotiation skills Leadership skills to manage and motivate a sales team Experience in the ICT industry is beneficial Ability to work independently and in a team environment Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
