Ability to design, implement, and iterate conversational and other similar workflows. Familiarity with deployment, debugging, and maintaining AI agent systems. Ability to document work and guide through process. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify practical solutions. Qualifications: Master or Bachelor Degree in Engineering/Technologies. Familiarity with Big Data / Data tools. Ability to analyze complex systems and identify practical solutions. Excellent communication skills, including the ability to produce clear, concise reports and recommendations. Preferred Qualifications: Any Prior experience in AI Agent Development Tools, such as LangChain. Experience with open-source projects.

Skills : Sales, Business Strategy, Business Planning, Business Development. Location : Gurgaon. Responsibilities Making calls to prospective customer and maintaining the sales life cycle. Identifying potential clients in the target market and completing appropriate research on the prospective client's business and software or services needs. Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls. Meeting planned sales goals (targets). Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary. Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales process. Qualifications Any graduate has ideas about software systems or IT or equivalent in a related field (MBA candidate will have preference). Must have proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access, and industry-specific analysis software. Must have a basic understanding of the industry, with the ability to become a subject matter expert on the job.
