Telecaller Outbound Work From Home 0 - 31 years INR 0.2 - 0.4 Lacs P.A. On-site Full Time

The Outbound Telecaller is responsible for making outgoing calls to prospective or existing customers to promote products/services, generate leads, schedule appointments and from the Lead and DATA BASE provided by the company.The role demands strong communication skills, persuasion abilities, and a customer-focused approach. Excellent verbal communication skills in languages required – English, Hindi, Kannada Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database or leads list. Promote products or services and explain their features and benefits clearly. Generate leads, schedule appointments, or convert calls into sales. Follow up on previous calls to maintain customer interest and engagement. Maintain call logs, update CRM systems, and keep accurate records of interactions. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets. Handle objections and resolve customer queries in a polite and professional manner. Coordinate with the sales or operations team for lead closure or follow-up. Good persuasion and negotiation skills Good computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools,Google Sheets and tools) Ability to handle pressure and meet targets Positive attitude and willingness to learn the concepts. Ready to go on Field on situation on demands.

Field Officer Herohalli 2 - 31 years INR 0.15 - 0.35 Lacs P.A. Remote Full Time

The Liaison Officer will be responsible for managing and facilitating all interactions with the BBMP authorities. The role involves obtaining necessary approvals,and submission of Application,and maintaining strong relationships with key officials and departments. Key Responsibilities:Liaise with BBMP officials for approvals , Khata transfers, and other permissions. Ensure timely submission of all documents required for obtaining statutory approvals. Follow up on file movements and ensure that all approvals are acquired within timelines. Maintain a network of contacts within BBMP and other relevant government departments. Understand and stay updated with the BBMP building bye-laws, zoning regulations, and local policies. Coordinate with internal departments such as ARO,CASE WORKER,RO and RI on the Revenue department to ensure smooth documentation. preparation of applications and affidavits related to the Work. Excellent communication in Kannada and English (spoken and written). Ability to travel within Bangalore as required. Experience in documentation and file handling.
