My Battery Tech

We are looking for a skilled and passionate EV Technician to join our team at MY BATTERY TECH, a leading multi-brand EV service and battery technology company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining electric two-wheelers (Ola, Ather, Chetak, iQube, etc.) and lithium-ion battery packs. Key Responsibilities Perform diagnosis, troubleshooting, and repair of electric scooters and batteries. Handle service and maintenance of BLDC motors, controllers, BMS, chargers, and wiring harnesses. Conduct battery health checks, repairs, and cell balancing. Maintain accurate job cards and service records. Ensure timely completion of vehicle servicing and customer satisfaction. Support in pre-delivery inspection (PDI) of EVs and refurbished vehicles. Assist in training junior technicians and service staff when required. RequirementsITI/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Automobile (preferred). Minimum 1–2 years of experience in EV or automotive servicing (freshers with strong interest in EVs may also apply). Knowledge of EV systems, battery management, and electrical troubleshooting. Ability to work with diagnostic tools and mobile apps. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-growing EV industry.
