Position: Amazon Marketing Executive (Vendor & Seller Central) Location: AhmedabadExperience Required: Minimum 2–3 Years in Amazon Account Management Work Type: Full-Time On-Site Key Responsibilities: End-To-End Amazon Account Handling: Manage and execute all tasks related to Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central with deep functional knowledge. Amazon Marketing Services (AMS): Strategise, create, monitor, and optimise sponsored ads, DSP, and display campaigns to meet ACoS and sales targets. Product Listing & Catalog Management: Ensure accurate, fast, and SEO-optimised listings. Handle A+ content, variations, images, keywords, and compliance. Inventory & Order Management: Coordinate with logistics and ensure real-time stock visibility and order flow, including FBA/Direct fulfilment accuracy. Daily Sales & Performance Tracking: Track key performance metrics (CTR, CVR, ACoS, ROAS, Buy Box, etc.) to maintain and scale sales consistently. Reports & Analysis: Regular reporting on campaign performance, keyword ranking, and business metrics with actionable insights. Vendor Manager Relations: Act as point of contact with Amazon Vendor Managers , ensuring alignment with strategic growth plans, PO flow, and promotions. Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central – Must have hands-on experience. Experience in managing advertising campaigns (AMS, PPC, DSP) and catalog hygiene. Proven track record of scaling sales on Amazon India platform. Ability to handle multiple listings and ASINs with speed and 100% accuracy. Excellent communication skills to coordinate with internal teams, Amazon managers, and creative teams. Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and Excel proficiency . Preferred Background: Worked for a D2C or Private Label Brand on Amazon India . Familiar with tools like Helium 10, Brand Analytics, Amazon Reports, Flat Files , etc. Basic understanding of E-commerce logistics & pricing strategies . Job Purpose: To lead and manage the fabrication workshop, ensuring timely production, quality control, employee management, and continuous improvement through new product development and vendor sourcing. Key Responsibilities: Workshop Operations Management – Oversee day-to-day activities of the fabrication workshop ensuring smooth workflow and timely output. Product Quality Control – Implement and monitor quality standards, conduct regular inspections, and ensure zero-defect products are delivered. Production Planning – Plan and allocate daily/weekly production schedules in coordination with the Production Head and meet output targets. Daily Production Entry – Maintain accurate records of production, raw material usage, and output in system/Excel sheets. Employee Handling & Training – Supervise, train, and motivate fabrication workers, ensure discipline, and build a productive & safe work culture. New Product Development Support – Collaborate with design and development teams to create prototypes and support product innovation. Vendor Development – Identify and develop new vendors for raw materials, tools, and fabrication services to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality. Key Skills Required: Strong knowledge of fabrication processes, machinery, and tools . Expertise in production planning and quality control systems . Leadership skills for managing and training workshop staff. Ability to analyse production data and prepare MIS reports. Vendor negotiation and development skills. Problem-solving mindset with focus on efficiency and cost reduction. Qualification & Experience: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering (preferred). 3–5 years of experience in fabrication or manufacturing management.
