Key responsibilities Material Handling: Moving fabrics, trims, accessories, and other components from storage to the production floor and between different stages of the manufacturing process. Support to Production Teams: Assisting sewing operators, quality checkers, and other production staff as needed, potentially including basic tasks like sorting, tagging, or bundling garments. Ensuring Workflow Smoothness: Helping to maintain an organized and tidy work area and ensuring that the flow of materials and products is not hindered. Communication & Collaboration: Effectively communicating with team members to prioritize tasks, respond to urgent requests, and facilitate smooth coordination between various departments. Errand Running: Potentially running errands both within and outside the factory, such as picking up parts, tools, or equipment from vendors or delivering items to other locations. Following Instructions: Meticulously following instructions and procedures to ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
