About the job: As a UI/UX Designer at MVG Digital, you will play a crucial role in creating intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces for our digital products. Conduct user research, including interviews and usability testing, to understand user needs, preferences, and pain points. 2. Translate research findings into wireframes, concepts, and user flows that align with business goals and user requirements. 3. Create high-fidelity UI designs that reflect the brand identity while ensuring usability and accessibility. 4. Develop interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas and gather feedback from stakeholders and end-users. 5. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of design concepts. 6. Continuously iterate and refine designs based on feedback, usability testing, and data-driven insights. 7. Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging design technologies to elevate product design quality. 8. Advocate for user-centric design, promoting design thinking and usability principles throughout the product lifecycle. 9. Partner with the marketing team to design visually engaging assets for campaigns and promotional materials. 10. Maintain and evolve design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all digital products. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. 2. Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role. 3. Strong portfolio demonstrating a variety of UI/UX design projects (web and mobile). 4. Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision. 5. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices. 6. Hands-on experience with user research methods (interviews, usability testing, persona creation). 7. Ability to design wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and interactive prototypes. 8. Knowledge of web and mobile design trends, responsive design, and accessibility standards. 9. Excellent visual design skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating appealing interfaces. 10. Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively share design concepts with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
