Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving issues professionally. Identify new business opportunities through networking and referrals to expand the client base. Stay current with industry developments and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of mutual funds products, including their features, benefits, and risks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients. Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide insightful recommendations. Strong problem-solving skills to address client concerns and resolve issues efficiently. Proficiency in using technology-based tools to manage client portfolios and communicate effectively. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets consistently.
