Hiring for Mould Tool Designer Experience: 4 to 7 yrs Educational Qualification: DME/NTTF/CIPET/BE/Grad Location: Mumbai – Vasai Skills: -Proficiency in CAD software, specifically NX. -Experience in automotive and end-to-end design management. -MS office tools, MS projects. -Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple mould designs simultaneously. -Knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and tooling. Job Description: - Design and develop mould tools using AutoCAD and NX software, including 2D and 3D models. -Analyse customer requirements and create design solutions that meet their needs. -Work with the engineering team to determine the best materials and manufacturing methods for each mould tool. -Collaborate with the production team to ensure that mould tools are efficient and cost-effective to manufacture. -Create detailed technical drawings and documentation for each mould tool design. -Ensure that all mould tool designs comply with relevant industry standards and regulations. -Conduct design reviews and provide feedback to the engineering team. -Maintain accurate records of all mould tool designs and revisions. -Provide support to the production team during the manufacture of mould tools.
