Key Responsibilities: Pick items from shelves/racks based on order lists or pick-tickets. Pack the picked items securely for dispatch (cartons, labels, seals). Verify the accuracy of items (correct product, quantity, condition) before packing. Label and prepare packages for shipping or delivery. Maintain the warehouse area in a clean, organized, safe condition. Assist with loading/unloading goods when required. Report any discrepancies (missing items, damaged goods, mis-labels) to the supervisor. Requirements / Skills: Minimum 10th pass (or equivalent). Physically fit: able to stand, walk, lift items, move around during shifts. Good attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
