We are committed to customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Jaipur. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new leads, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include providing information about our gold loan products, assisting customers in the loan application process, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The Sales Executive will also be involved in promotional activities and market analysis to boost sales and build customer loyalty. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven experience in sales and customer relationship management Ability to understand and explain financial products, specifically gold loans Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software Ability to work independently and in a team environment Prior experience in the financial services industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
