The New Product Development Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of new products. Daily tasks include conducting research and development, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leveraging mechanical engineering principles to ensure product viability. The role also requires effective communication with team members and stakeholders to drive projects forward and ensure successful product launches. Qualifications Strong background in Mechanical Engineering Experience in Product Development and Product Design Proficient in Research and Development (R&D) methodologies Excellent Communication skills for collaborative and cross-functional team efforts Ability to work on-site in Satara Taluka Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field Prior experience in new product development in the electrical/electronic manufacturing industry is preferred
