Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and creative Music Teacher who can inspire students to develop an appreciation for music, both vocal and instrumental. The ideal candidate will be passionate about teaching, skilled in music theory and practice, and capable of organizing performances and integrating music into school life. Key Responsibilities: Teach music (vocal and/or instrumental) to students across different grade levels. Plan and deliver engaging music lessons aligned with curriculum objectives. Prepare students for school assemblies, concerts, competitions, and examinations. Maintain and manage musical instruments and resources. Encourage student participation in music-related clubs and extracurricular activities. Collaborate with other teachers for interdisciplinary learning projects. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Track and report student progress. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Music or relevant field. Prior teaching experience in a school setting preferred. Proficiency in at least one musical instrument and/or vocal training. Knowledge of both Indian and Western music is an added advantage. Excellent communication and classroom management skills. Enthusiasm for working with children and fostering their love for music. Working Hours: As per school timings; may include occasional after-school hours for rehearsals and events.
