Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Curriculum Delivery Plan and execute weekly music sessions for pre-nursery to kindergarten levels. Integrate music with the themes taught (e.g., seasons, festivals, stories, phonics). Use various instruments, rhythms, and vocal techniques to teach basic musical concepts. Performance Preparation Prepare students for school functions, celebrations, assemblies, and annual events. Choreograph simple musical movements and coordinate sound for performances. Child-Centric Approach Make sessions interactive, energetic, and fun using movement and props. Encourage expression, confidence, and creativity through singing and music-based games. Resource Management Maintain and care for musical instruments and audio equipment. Suggest materials/resources for musical development and learning. Collaboration & Communication Work closely with class teachers and activity coordinators for integrated learning. Provide feedback to teachers and parents regarding children's musical development. Record-Keeping & Reports Maintain class records, attendance, and progress notes. Submit reports on child participation and learning outcomes when required.
