Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage housekeeping staff, including cleaning personnel, porters, and support staff. Qualifications and Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in housekeeping supervision, preferably in a hospital or healthcare environment. Diploma or degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field is preferred. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, chemical handling, and hospital sanitation standards. Experience in managing and training teams, with good leadership skills. Familiarity with infection control protocols and safety regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies efficiently. Proficient in record-keeping and basic computer skills.
