Role Overview: As a Senior Travel Consultant based in Agra, you will play a vital role in managing and advising on travel arrangements for clients. Your responsibilities will include assisting clients with their travel needs, making and confirming reservations, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Your daily tasks will involve processing travel requests, creating customized travel packages, and guaranteeing the accuracy and completeness of all travel-related paperwork. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and advise on travel arrangements for clients - Assist clients with their travel needs - Make and confirm reservations - Provide consistent and excellent customer service - Process travel requests efficiently - Create custom travel packages - Ensure accuracy and completeness of all travel-related paperwork Qualifications Required: - Possess Travel Consulting and Travel Management skills - Demonstrate experience in making Travel Arrangements and Reservations - Exhibit strong Customer Service skills - Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work on-site in Agra - Strong organizational and time management abilities - Previous experience in the travel industry is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Travel Management, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred,
