The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Tally, Zoho Books, and other accounting software, along with practical knowledge of GST filings and statutory compliance. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers using Tally and Zoho. Process accounts payable and receivable, journal entries, bank reconciliations. Prepare and file GST returns, TDS, and other tax-related documentation. Ensure timely compliance with statutory requirements including PF, ESI, and professional tax. Assist in generating financial reports, MIS statements, and summaries for management. Support administrative functions such as documentation, office coordination, vendor management, and data entry. Liaise with auditors, vendors, and government departments as needed. Assist in budgeting, cost control, and internal audits. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field. Proficiency in Tally ERP, Zoho Books, and MS Office Suite. Strong understanding of Indian taxation laws and compliance. Working knowledge of online GST portal and e-filing systems. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in accounting software or GST. Prior experience in a similar role within an SME or startup environment. You must be able to collaborate with client's team for installing and commissioning of hardware, cables, civil and mechanical works with minimum supervision. You are also responsible for producing location wise technical reports with all pertinent information.
