Job Title: Senior Engineer – Die Proving & Buy-Off Department: Tool Room Location: Chakan, Pune Education: B.Tech / B.E. (Mechanical / Production / Tool Engineering) Experience: 10–12 Years Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Senior Engineer to lead die proving and buy-off activities in the Tool Room at Chakan. The role requires strong expertise in press tool manufacturing, try-out, and skin panel proving for automotive applications. 👉 Key Responsibilities: ✅️ Lead try-out and proving of press tools, especially skin and structural panels ✅️ Ensure quality and dimensional accuracy as per OEM standards ✅️ Coordinate tool corrections, modifications, and final buy-off ✅️ Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and quality teams ✅️ Maintain documentation and support customer interactions during buy-off ✨️Key Skills: Press tool manufacturing & try-out Skin panel proving (surface & dimension) Tool tuning & OEM buy-off processes Drawing interpretation and problem-solving Hands-on experience in tool room operations Drop your CV's 📧 training.mvml@mungiindia.com
