We are looking for a smart, energetic and self-driven Telecalling / Telesales Executive to join our growing team. You will be responsible for connecting with warm leads generated for Unihawk, engaging them meaningfully, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the right education and certification programs. This is not a hardcore sales-pressure job — it’s about quality conversations, counselling, follow-up, and helping students/parents make informed decisions. 🎯 What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities) 1. Lead Calling & Counselling Call incoming leads generated via Google Ads, Meta Ads, webinars, and website inquiries. Understand the student’s academic background, goals, timeline, and challenges. Explain program benefits, curriculum, duration, and fee structure clearly. 2. Lead Nurturing & Qualification Identify high-intent vs low-intent prospects. Maintain structured follow-ups — WhatsApp, calls, email. Move qualified leads further to the admissions team / client team. 3. CRM & Reporting Update CRM regularly with call notes, follow-up dates, and status. Ensure every lead is attended within SLA timelines (usually within 30 minutes). Share daily and weekly performance reports. 4. Relationship Building Build trust-based relationships with students and parents. Address queries and objections confidently. Provide guidance honestly — no overselling. 🧩 Who We Are Looking For (Ideal Candidate) Someone who is: Clear and confident communicator (Hindi + English both required). Energetic and positive, with a friendly tone and empathetic approach. Comfortable speaking to students, parents, and working professionals. Organized and capable of managing 60–80 calls/day with follow-ups. Familiar with Google Sheets, CRMs, WhatsApp Business tools.
