About the Role: We’re hiring a spirited and reliable Field Representative to help grow our retail presence across Bangalore. This role involves visiting stores, promoting our products, ensuring visibility, maintaining records, and building strong relationships with retailers. Key Responsibilities: •Visit retail outlets across Bangalore to promote and position Mumbai Delhi Chaat Co. savoury products. •Build strong, ongoing relationships with store owners and staff. •Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper display in-store. •Maintain a daily store visit count and update the team with accurate records using Excel or Google Sheets. •Distribute samples, communicate product benefits, and collect on-ground feedback. •Support in-store branding and visibility efforts as required. •Identify new potential retail partners and gather local market intelligence. Requirements: •1 to 3 years of experience in FMCG field sales or retail promotions. •Good interpersonal and communication skills. •Comfort with outdoor travel and flexible working hours. •Familiarity with Bangalore’s neighbourhoods and retail landscape. •Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets for reporting. Must-Have: •A personal vehicle (two-wheeler or four-wheeler) with a valid driving license for daily commute. Good to Have: •Laptop for streamlined reporting and coordination. •Fluency in Kannada and English/Hindi for effective store-level communication.
