Multimedia Faculty

We are seeking dynamic and passionate Design Faculty Members to join our creative team. The role involves teaching, mentoring, and guiding students across disciplines such as graphic design, animation, video production, and UI/UX design, while integrating emerging technologies like AR/VR, AI in media, and design thinking into the curriculum.

Key Responsibilities

Teaching

• Deliver lectures and practical workshops on design foundations, principles, and Software’s.
• Teach software and applications including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Figma, and Maya.

Curriculum Development

• Develop and update course content, incorporating latest trends and technologies in design.
• Integrate multidisciplinary approaches, encouraging innovation and creativity.

Student Mentorship

• Guide students in portfolio development, project execution, and career readiness.
• Provide academic and professional advice tailored to individual student goals.

Assessment

• Evaluate assignments, projects, and presentations, offering constructive and developmental feedback.

Professional Development & Industry Engagement

• Engage in creative research and continuous learning.
• Attend workshops, conferences, and maintain strong industry connect.

Administrative Duties

• Contribute to departmental initiatives, meetings, and outreach programs.

Required Skills & Knowledge

• Strong foundation in design principles and processes.
• Proficiency in software: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma, UX Process, and Maya.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior teaching experience in design education is essential.
• Proven industry experience with active professional networks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
