Key Responsibilities: •Make outbound calls and handle inbound calls from customers •Communicate fluently in multiple languages as required •Explain products, services, or offers clearly and politely •Address customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups •Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions •Achieve daily/weekly call and performance targets •Follow company scripts, policies, and compliance guidelines Required Skills & Qualifications: •Fluency in two or more languages (specify languages if needed) •Good communication and listening skills •Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills •Ability to handle customers professionally and patiently •Sales or customer service experience is an advantage •Minimum education: High school / Graduate (as applicable) Preferred Attributes: •Clear and pleasant speaking voice •Persuasive and confident attitudes •Goal-oriented and self-motivated
