Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Physics and Mathematics Lecturer to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality instruction in both physics and mathematics, develop course materials, support student learning, and contribute to the institution's academic and research goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions in Physics and Mathematics.
• Prepare course materials including syllabi, assignments, handouts, and exams.
• Evaluate and assess students’ progress through assignments, tests, and exams.
• Offer academic advising and mentorship to students.
• Conduct or assist in research activities and publish findings where applicable.
• Stay up-to-date with current trends and developments in Physics and Mathematics.
• Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum planning, and faculty development programs.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Required Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or higher in Physics, Mathematics, or a related field (Ph.D. preferred for university positions).
• Proven teaching experience at the college or university level.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with digital teaching tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Ability to integrate research and practical examples into teaching.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with curriculum development.
• Active research profile in Physics or Mathematics.
• Ability to teach interdisciplinary courses or specialized modules (e.g., quantum mechanics, linear algebra, computational methods).
• Enthusiasm for teaching and mentoring diverse student populations.

Salary: Commensurate with qualifications and experience
