Your role will involve conceptualizing, experimenting, and delivering designs to a global audience in a high-agency environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Utilize AI tools like Midjourney, Runway, AnimateDiff, Higgsfield, HeyGen, and Veo 2 to generate assets and refine them into high-quality visuals. - Design across various channels including digital (websites, social media, decks), physical (booths, print collateral), and branded merchandise (stickers, clothing, coasters). - Translate complex technical narratives into clear and engaging graphics for effective storytelling. - Use product imagery to explain FlytBase's offerings to Fortune 500 decision-makers. - Create 3D renders to represent different concepts as part of dedicated campaigns. - Develop reusable frameworks, branded components, and AI design workflows that can scale across multiple campaigns. **Qualifications Required:** - Proficiency in AI-first design workflows. - Experience in building scalable brand frameworks and reusable assets. - Ability to blend AI with no-code tools to accelerate design processes. - Proficient in 2D and 3D graphics, motion graphics, and print design. - Strong visual sense encompassing typography, layout, composition, and motion. - Thrive in a high-speed, AI-native environment where ownership is valued over titles. - Portfolio showcasing creativity and execution velocity. - Experience in video generation and editing is a significant advantage.
