The Project Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the fit-out and interior design of Mulmul's stores. Daily tasks include coordinating with vendors, managing project timelines, and ensuring the successful completion of store projects. Coordinate end-to-end fitout and interior projects for new stores and renovations. Work closely with designers, vendors, and contractors to manage timelines and deliverables. Monitor site progress, ensure quality control, and troubleshoot issues on-site. Ensure adherence to budget, brand guidelines, and local regulations. Maintain project documentation, reports, and status updates. Offer expert fashion advice on styling, fit, colors, and current trends. Drive sales conversions by recommending products aligned with client needs and brand promotions. Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat engagement and loyalty. Track client preferences, feedback, and purchase history for follow-ups. Achieve individual styling KPIs including conversion rate, average order value (AOV), and client retention. Stay updated on latest collections, brand drops, and fashion trends.
