Role & responsibilities To lead the Structural Team in collaboration with the Technical Director of the Civil team. To provide lead management and oversight to the Structural team and inspire and develop the team's skills and qualities. To take the lead role in securing work for the Structural team and support the other disciplines in securing work. Clearly communicating by appropriate means proposed solutions to all design team members and client team Preferred candidate profile Excellent Analytical Skills related to structural design Proficient in Structural Analysis Software along with Dynamic Analysis Excellent Knowledge of Relevant IS Code of Practice Skilled in AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, ETABS, SAFE and RCDC
