Description
5+ years of experience working in development of coding, API integrations, etc. Experience with API integrations and good to have snowflake knowledge. Develop APIs and integrations using MuleSoft Anypoint Studio. Implement CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins for automated build and deployment. Manage version control using GitHub and integrate with Jenkins. Monitor integration performance and troubleshoot issues. Collaborate with DevOps teams to optimize deployment processes. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure). Familiarity with OAuth, SAML, and API security best practices. Develop and maintain REST APIs for seamless integration between systems and applications. Ensure thorough documentation of system designs, implementations, and procedures for knowledge sharing and compliance purposes. Work in an agile environment, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to deliver solutions iteratively and adaptively. Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using MuleSoft and Snap Logic platforms to connect disparate systems, applications, and data sources. Optimize integration solutions for performance, scalability, and reliability, ensuring seamless data flow and minimal downtime. Harness scripting languages such as Python, Ruby, or any scripting language to automate tasks, integrate systems, and enhance functionality using APIs. Experience in providing L2 and L3 Level support with a good understanding of Change management process (bug fixes, customization changes, enhancements). Exposure to working in ITIL environment managing issues through Service Now, Remedy BMC and/or HP Service Centre. Analytical, Problem solving & Troubleshooting skills. Updating self-help documents so customers/employees can try to fix problems themselves. Good verbal & written communication skills.
