Mulesoft developer - Digital Engineering Sr. Engineer

NTT DATA is looking for an experienced Senior MuleSoft Developer to join their team in Bangalore, Karnataka (IN-KA), India. As a Senior MuleSoft Developer, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. This role requires strong communication skills, leadership capabilities, and hands-on experience with complex enterprise integration projects. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop APIs and integrations using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (Mule 4). - Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into scalable solutions. - Lead end-to-end integration efforts including API design, development, deployment, and support. - Implement CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and logging for MuleSoft APIs. - Lead Salesforce integration projects, ensuring the smooth flow of data between Salesforce and other systems using MuleSoft as the integration layer. - Manage and optimize integrations on CloudHub, leveraging its capabilities for scalability and reliability. - Implement robust testing processes, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to integration best practices. - Continuously improve integration solutions for performance and reliability. - Work closely with offshore teams to ensure consistency and quality in deliverables. - Participate in architecture discussions and guide junior developers. - Ensure best practices are followed across all integration implementations. - Produce technical documentation and perform code reviews. Required Experience: - Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in designing and implementing complex integrations with MuleSoft's Anypoint Platform. - Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in developing high-availability and fault-tolerant integrations using MuleSoft with Salesforce. Skills Required: - Proficiency in deploying and managing integration solutions on CloudHub/On-Prem. - Experience with third party vendor integrations. - MuleSoft Developer and MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect Certification. - Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and leadership skills. - Understanding of IT security, Infrastructure, and Governance. - Experience working in a SAFe, DevOps/CICD, and Agile/Scrum development methodology. Preferred Qualifications: - MuleSoft Certified Developer or Architect. - Experience in Agile/Scrum environments. - Exposure to Salesforce, SAP, or other enterprise platforms. - Prior experience working with distributed teams. Qualifications Preferred: - Advanced degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. - Experience with Salesforce/MuleSoft/3rd party integrations in an Auto Finance setting. Education: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
