Role & responsibilities Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Accounts Executive to manage distributor invoice booking, ledger reconciliation, and TDS tracking across multiple cinema locations. Key Responsibilities Book purchase bills for all Mukta A2 Cinemas locations. Raise and record debit/credit notes (terms, GST, tax differences). Reconcile distributor ledgers (UTV, Viacom 18, Panorama, etc.) to ensure accurate outstanding balances. Perform TDS calculations and adjust excess TDS against invoices. Maintain accurate financial records for over 50+ distributor accounts. Preferred candidate profile B.Com or related degree. 24 years of experience in accounts payable and reconciliation. Knowledge of TDS, GST, and accounting software (e.g., Tally ERP). Strong Excel and analytical skills.
