The ideal candidate will lead a high-performing team, drive property sales, and build long-term client relationships while ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets. Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and manage a team of real estate agents to achieve individual and collective sales goals. Develop and implement sales strategies, pricing models, and marketing campaigns to drive property sales. Oversee end-to-end sales transactions, including client acquisition, negotiations, documentation, and deal closures. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and new opportunities. Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat and referral business. Prepare and present sales performance reports to senior management. Recruit, train, and mentor new agents, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. Collaborate with developers, brokers, and financial institutions to expand networks and business opportunities. Qualifications & Education Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or equivalent. Certified Real Estate Broker / Sales Manager License (if applicable). Additional training in Leadership, Negotiation, or Property Law is preferred. Desired Skills & Experience 5+ years of proven sales experience in the real estate sector, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies. High level of professionalism, integrity, and client-centric approach. Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
