About Us At MST Blockchain , we are building India’s first Layer 1 blockchain platform designed for scalability, security, and real-world adoption. We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who can drive user acquisition, community growth, and ecosystem expansion through data-driven marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities Design and execute growth marketing strategies to increase user adoption, validator participation, and ecosystem awareness. Manage digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, influencer/KOL marketing, PR). Drive community engagement across Telegram, Discord, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Experiment with growth loops (referrals, gamification, incentive-based programs). Analyze campaign performance, track KPIs, and optimize for CAC, LTV, and conversion. Collaborate with product, design, and business teams to align marketing with growth goals. Lead content strategy – blogs, newsletters, podcasts, and thought-leadership campaigns. Explore partnerships, collaborations, and event marketing to strengthen brand presence. Requirements 3–5 years of proven experience in Growth Marketing / Digital Marketing. Strong knowledge of Web3, Blockchain, and Crypto ecosystems. Hands-on expertise with SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Analytics, CRM tools. Experience in community building and social growth strategies. Data-driven mindset with the ability to design A/B tests and growth funnels. Creative thinker with excellent communication & storytelling skills. Bonus: Prior experience in a blockchain/Web3 startup.
