Production Manager – Modular Furniture Factory Company: MSSV Interior Design Studio Location: sarjhapur road, bangalore Job Type: Full-time Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month Job Summary: MSSV Interior Design Studio is looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead our modular furniture manufacturing unit . The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all factory operations to ensure timely, high-quality production. Key Responsibilities: Plan and manage daily production schedules and targets. Supervise the cutting, edge banding, assembly, and finishing departments. Coordinate with design and installation teams for smooth execution. Maintain quality control and timely delivery of furniture orders. Manage factory manpower , machinery, and material inventory. Ensure safety, efficiency, and maintenance of equipment. Optimize production processes to reduce waste and improve output. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in modular furniture or interior manufacturing. Strong knowledge of CNC, edge bander, and panel saw operations . Ability to read AutoCAD or design drawings . Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, or related field preferred.
