1. Database Management:2. Performance Monitoring and Optimization:3. Backup and Recovery:4. Security and Compliance:5. Database Development Support:6. Documentation and Reporting:7. Automation and Scripting:8. Incident Management:Qualifications:1. Experience:5+ years of experience as an MSSQL DBA or similar role.2. Technical Skills:Expertise in Microsoft SQL Server (versions 2016, 2019, and newer).Strong knowledge of T-SQL, SSIS, SSRS, and SSAS.Familiarity with high availability solutions (Always On, clustering, mirroring).Proficiency in database security best practices.Experience with performance tuning and optimization (PTO).3. Tools and Technologies:Familiarity with monitoring tools like SolarWinds, Redgate, or SQL Diagnostic Manager.Knowledge of cloud database solutions (e.g., Azure SQL, AWS RDS for SQL Server).Experience with scripting and automation tools like PowerShell.
