Role & responsibilities Key Responsibility Areas: 1. Branch Management- a. Ensure RM/PB activation from the activities above and review of branch performance/resource wise performance/review with CH as and when required. b. Planning the catchment area activity/scoping for lead generation/joint call. 2. Lead generation/logins- a. Planning the above so that it translates into 2 calls per day/2 appointments per day. b. Go through the Financials/bank statements for churn/bounces/interest servicing as per product. 3. Cross Selling- Renewals- Churn into WC account- a. If OBA waiver required/check for justification/check for churn/put up to the authority. b. If not inform the customer on closure of OBA/levy of 2% penalty. Acquisition and managing a portfolio of existing relationships and achievement of overall business targets. Experience in Banking sector in SME/mid-marked/ Corporate banking domain with understanding of various bank facilities like, Overdraft, etc.

Role & responsibilities Responsible for establishing the brand and managing the sales and business development activities Responsible for overall sales and cross sell targets through building and development of internal team and external channels (DSA, micro - connectors, micro campaigns and centralised leads) and also maintain adherence to customer satisfaction and profitability metrics Monitor the leads and check for the quality of sourcing and ensure quick conversion of prospects as per the targets set Implement and engage in branch promotion activities for establishing the brand and increasing market coverage.
