The Head of MSMGrad will lead the end-to-end business strategy, revenue performance, operational scale-up, and profitability for the MSMGrad vertical. The role demands a seasoned business leader capable of managing a high-growth online education ecosystem, driving student acquisition, institutional partnerships, and corporate alliances while ensuring strong financial discipline and consistent delivery against P&L commitments. Key Responsibilities Business Ownership & P&L Leadership Full ownership of business P&L — revenue, EBITDA, margin structure, cost efficiency, and unit economics. Build quarterly and annual business plans aligned to growth commitments and profitability targets. Drive aggressive revenue scale through B2C, B2B, institutional partnerships, and digital channels. Establish pricing strategy, GTM planning, forecasting, commercial modeling, and metric dashboards. Expand footprint across India and selected international markets through channel partners, franchise associates, corporate partners, and university alliances. ● Identify and build new revenue lines including industry-aligned programs, hybrid delivery, and workforce solutions. ● Strengthen MSMGrad brand positioning and market competitiveness against EdTech and upskilling players. Operations & Delivery Excellence Lead scalable processes across admissions, learning delivery, student success, and placement functions. Define SOPs, service quality benchmarks, governance frameworks, and compliance standards. Drive technology enablement across CRM, learner lifecycle tools, and analytics. Stakeholder Management & Team Leadership Lead, mentor, and scale a performance-driven cross-functional team. Work seamlessly with Marketing, Finance, Academics, Product, HR, and Partnerships. Cultivate strategic relationships with universities, industry bodies, corporates, and talent networks. Experience ● 12–20 years of total experience including 7–10 years in a senior leadership role with full P&L responsibility. ● Strong background in EdTech, online learning, skilling, test-prep, talent solutions, or enterprise education services. ● Proven record of scaling businesses, delivering strong commercial outcomes, and managing large teams. Skills & Competencies Strong commercial and analytical acumen; data-led decision-maker. High-impact leadership and stakeholder influence skills. Expertise in digital sales, funnel conversion, and customer-lifecycle strategy. Entrepreneurial, execution-oriented mindset with high ownership and resilience. Education MBA/PGDM from a reputed institution preferred. Professional certifications in strategy, finance, or digital transformation will be an advantage.
