MSM Developer Senior

As a Microsoft Cloud for Sustainability industry cloud developer at EY, you will play a crucial role in designing and building Model Driven Apps to address various business needs while ensuring efficient data models, logical relationships, and optimized user interfaces. Your responsibilities will include developing Model Driven Apps focused on sustainability initiatives such as carbon footprint tracking, resource management, and supply chain optimization. Additionally, you will customize Microsoft Sustainability Manager solutions to meet specific client requirements and industry challenges. You will create engaging dashboards and reports in Power BI to visualize sustainability data and monitor progress towards goals. It will be important for you to establish and maintain KPI models to measure and track key performance indicators for sustainability initiatives. Collaborating with data analysts, scientists, and stakeholders to comprehend complex data models and ensure accurate data visualization will also be part of your role. You are expected to stay updated on the latest sustainable software development trends and technologies and incorporate them into your solutions. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience as a Microsoft Cloud for Sustainability industry cloud developer or equivalent, emphasizing Model Driven Apps within the Microsoft Power Platform and Azure. - Proficiency in data modeling principles and designing efficient data models in Microsoft Dataverse. - Hands-on experience in Power Platform Core (Dataverse/CDS, Canvas Apps, Model-driven apps, Custom Pages, Power Portals/Power Pages), Dynamics CRM/365. - Strong coding skills in Model Driven App Development, including Plugin Development, PCF component, Ribbon Customization, FetchXML, and XRM APIs. - Expertise in Power Automate with an efficiency/performance-driven solution approach. - Ability to create custom forms with validations using JavaScript. - Familiarity with Power BI, including advanced functions, DAX scripting, advanced Power Query, and data modeling on CDM. - Knowledge of Azure DevOps & CI/CD pipelines for Automated Build and Release Management. - Experience leading teams to deliver high-quality results within set timelines. - Excellent written and communication skills. - Bachelor's or master's degree with 7-10 years of experience, preferably in a professional services firm.,
