As a Microsoft Sustainability Manager Senior Developer in the Consulting team at EY, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative sustainability solutions for clients worldwide on the Microsoft Cloud for Sustainability industry cloud platform. Your role will involve ensuring that these solutions adhere to industry best practices and provide substantial value to clients. Your main responsibilities will include: - Designing and developing Model Driven Apps (MDAs) for various business requirements, focusing on efficient data models, logical relationships, and user-friendly interfaces. - Configuring and customizing Microsoft Sustainability Manager (MSM) solutions to address specific client needs and industry challenges. - Creating engaging dashboards and reports in Power BI to visualize sustainability data and monitor progress towards goals. - Developing and maintaining KPI models to measure and track key performance indicators for sustainability initiatives. - Collaborating with data analysts, scientists, and stakeholders to comprehend complex data models and ensure accurate data visualization. - Staying informed about the latest trends and technologies in sustainable software development and integrating them into our solutions. - Understanding the Microsoft Cloud for Sustainability Common Data model. Required Skills and Attributes: - Proven experience as a Microsoft Cloud for Sustainability industry cloud developer, with expertise in Model Driven Apps within the Microsoft Power Platform and Azure. - Proficiency in data modeling principles and designing efficient data models in Microsoft Dataverse. - Strong coding skills in Model Driven App Development, including Plugin Development, PCF component, Ribbon Customization, FetchXML, and XRM APIs. - Experience with Power Automate, custom forms with JavaScript validations, Power BI, and Azure technologies. - Competence in integration techniques, Power FX, Azure DevOps & CI/CD pipelines, and leading teams for high-quality deliverables. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, project management abilities, and a proactive attitude. Qualifications: - A bachelor's or master's degree. - 7-10 years of experience, preferably in a professional services firm. - Strong analytical skills, ability to manage multiple projects, and work independently or with minimal supervision.
