We are a heavy industry machine shop that manufactures gear box casings, heavy metal fixture plates and other heavy jobs. We require candidates for a Quality Engineer role for our Fabrication and Machining unit. Qualifications: ITI, Diploma, B.E Experience: Preferred - Min. 1 year Key Responsibilities: Candidates Should be able to handle Line inspection and Final inspection. Should be able to understand technical drawings. Should be able to handle measuring instruments (Vernier, micrometer, bore dial gauge, etc.) Maintaining proper documentation of quality reports. Report non-conformities and suggest corrective actions. Periodical calibration of measuring instruments. Skills required: Knowledge of engineering drawings, GD&T. Knowledge of inspection tools. basic English (reading and writing). Willing to work in a factory environment.
