As a skilled Developer with 4 to 9 years of experience, you will be responsible for creating impactful data visualizations and reports using MS Power BI, MS Excel, Database, and SQL to drive business decisions. The role involves developing and maintaining interactive dashboards, collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, utilizing MS Excel for data analysis, and implementing SQL queries for data extraction and transformation into Power BI. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using MS Power BI. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements for data visualization projects. - Utilize MS Excel for data manipulation and analysis. - Implement SQL queries to extract, transform, and load data into Power BI. - Optimize Power BI reports for performance and scalability. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Power BI-related issues. - Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and best practices. - Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and validation checks. - Document processes and methodologies for data visualization projects. - Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation. - Train and mentor team members on Power BI tools and techniques. - Contribute to the company's data-driven culture by delivering insights for strategic initiatives. Qualifications: - Strong understanding of Power BI Service and MS Power BI. - Proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and manipulation. - Experience with SQL and database management. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment. - Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.
