Role & responsibilities Develop and execute a global marketing strategy to drive growth and brand visibility. Lead GTM (Go-to-Market) planning for new transformer product lines. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities. Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team across digital, product, and regional verticals. Collaborate with sales, R&D, and product management to align marketing with business goals. Drive digital transformation across marketing platforms (CRM, automation, analytics). Manage brand identity, positioning, and communication across all channels. Own marketing budgets and optimize ROI across campaigns and channels. Represent the company at key industry events, trade shows, and conferences. Proven experience in handling teams ranging from 5 to 20 members , ensuring effective coordination, productivity, and performance tracking. Well-versed in dealing with government departments , consultants , and industrial clients , with a strong understanding of public and private sector workflows. Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve sales, operational, or project-based targets within defined timelines and quality standards.
