Roles & Responsibilities:· Install, troubleshoot, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripherals. · Perform hardware upgrades and software installations efficiently. · Diagnose and resolve computer, laptop, and network-related issues. · Administer and maintain LAN/WAN networks and ensure optimal performance. · Perform regular data backups and system recovery when required. · Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures, firewalls, and antivirus tools. · Repair and replace faulty hardware components and laptop screens. · Set up wireless and home networking systems with proper configuration. · Resolve issues related to operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux). · Handle virus and spyware removal effectively. · Support IT asset management and documentation of repairs. Required Skills:· Proficiency in PC assembly, hardware diagnostics, and component-level repair. · Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routers, switches, and network configuration. · Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and basic Linux commands. · Familiarity with backup tools and data recovery utilities. · Experience with system imaging and OS deployment tools. · Good understanding of cybersecurity best practices and endpoint protection. · Ability to handle field service calls and customer communication effectively. · Excellent problem-solving and time management skills.
