The candidate is responsible for assisting in the management, coordination, and execution of insolvency and bankruptcy processes in compliance with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC), 2016 and other related regulations. The role involves supporting resolution processes, documentation, stakeholder coordination, and regulatory filings to ensure efficient case handling and compliance with legal timelines. Key Responsibilities: Assist in initiating and managing corporate insolvency resolution, liquidation, and bankruptcy proceedings under the IBC. Prepare, review, and maintain all documentation related to insolvency and bankruptcy cases. Track and ensure compliance with statutory timelines and procedural requirements. Support the Insolvency Professional (IP) or Resolution Professional (RP) in day- to-day case administration. Maintain updated knowledge of changes in IBC regulations, circulars, and relevant judgments. Support in convening Committee of Creditors (CoC) meetings, preparing agendas, and drafting minutes. Facilitate communication between the Resolution Professional and involved parties. Assist in verification and reconciliation of claims submitted by creditors. Prepare periodic reports and MIS summaries for internal and regulatory purposes.
