Job Description: We are hiring a dynamic and self-motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing sales team. The candidate will be responsible for market expansion, order generation, and client relationship management in the assigned territory. Key Responsibility Areas (KRA): Market Development: Identify and onboard new retailers, wholesalers, and distributors in the assigned area. Conduct market visits daily to ensure product visibility and placement. Sales Target Achievement: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as per the business plan. Promote new launches and ensure stock rotation. Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with channel partners and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Collect regular feedback and resolve grievances promptly. Order & Collection Management: Generate and follow up on sales orders. Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from customers. Reporting & Analysis: Submit daily sales reports (DSR), market feedback, and competitor analysis. Maintain and update customer databases. Promotional Activities: Implement trade schemes, promotional offers, and campaigns effectively. Coordinate with the marketing team for local activation.
