We are looking for a responsible and proactive individual to handle the day-to-day operations of our steel trading business and assist in customer coordination, dispatch follow-ups, and payment collections. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational ability, and comfort with numbers and basic documentation. Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily operational activities including order processing, dispatch tracking, challans, and coordination with transporters and warehouse teams. Maintain and update order status, stock movement, and delivery schedules. Coordinate with sales, accounts, and logistics teams to ensure timely order execution and smooth operations. Follow up with customers for outstanding payments, credit note settlements, and collection timelines in a professional and courteous manner. Prepare and share daily/weekly MIS on dispatches, pending orders, and collections. Assist management in maintaining operational discipline and improving process efficiency. Handle basic office administration and vendor coordination when required. Desired ProfileGraduate (preferably in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field). 2–5 years of experience in operations, coordination, or collections roles. Excellent communication and follow-up skills (both written and verbal). Strong command over MS Excel / Google Sheets for MIS reporting. Organized, punctual, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in a steel trading, manufacturing, or B2B business will be an added advantage.
