Location: Delhi NCR Department: Sales & Marketing Reports To: Sales Manager / Business Development Manager Job Purpose:To promote and sell safety shoes and other personal protective equipment (PPE) to industrial clients, distributors, and retail partners. The role involves developing strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and expanding market share in the safety footwear segment. Key Responsibilities:Identify and approach potential clients in manufacturing, construction, logistics, and other industrial sectors. Promote the company’s range of safety shoes and related PPE products. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and corporate clients. Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients. Collect and analyze market feedback on pricing, products, and competitors. Coordinate with the supply chain and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of orders. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and customer visit summaries. Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote products. Ensure compliance with company policies and customer satisfaction standards. Key Skills & Competencies:Strong communication and negotiation skills Product knowledge of safety footwear and PPE (preferred) Ability to understand industrial clients’ safety requirements Customer relationship management Time management and self-motivation Basic computer proficiency (Excel, CRM tools, etc.) Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in PPE, safety equipment, or industrial products Performance Indicators:Achievement of sales targets New customer acquisitions Customer retention and satisfaction levels Market share growth
