Key Responsibilities: Data Entry & Management: Accurately input, update, and manage data in the company’s systems and databases. (Both Tally and MS Excel, Word) Documentation & Record Keeping: Maintain organized files, records, reports, and other essential documentation. Email & Communication Support: Respond to internal emails and ensure prompt communication across departments. Processing & Verification: Review, verify, and process documents such as invoices, receipts, purchase orders, and applications. Reporting: Generate periodic reports for management based on collected data and analytics. Inventory and Supply Management: Monitor office supplies and coordinate with vendors to ensure smooth procurement. Compliance & Confidentiality: Ensure company policies are followed and maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.
Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: Identify potential customers, generate leads, and sell diagnostic imaging equipment to hospitals, diagnostic centers, clinics, and healthcare professionals. Product Demonstrations: Conduct on-site product demonstrations and technical presentations to explain features, usage, and benefits of diagnostic imaging equipment to doctors, radiologists, and hospital administrators. Market Research & Strategy: Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies that drive market share growth. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers. Provide pre-sales and after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term engagement. Quotation & Proposal Preparation: Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and tender submissions in collaboration with internal technical and service teams. Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contribute to business growth, and maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems. Coordination & Collaboration: Work closely with service, logistics, and technical support teams to ensure timely delivery, installation, and post-sale service of diagnostic imaging equipment. Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, market feedback, and customer insights to the management team. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Science, Biomedical Engineering, Medical Technology, or Business Administration. 1–3 years of experience in sales of medical equipment, preferably in diagnostic imaging. Technical understanding of diagnostic imaging equipment (X-ray, CT, MRI, Ultrasound). Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to translate technical specifications into customer-friendly language. Target-driven and result-oriented mindset. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (Salesforce, Zoho CRM, etc.). Willingness to travel frequently. Preferred Attributes: Established network within hospitals, diagnostic centers, and medical professionals. Experience in handling tenders and government hospital projects. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle technical queries.
